The staff was amazing! Super friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is in on the 5th floor of an apartment building so that was a bit hard to find in the beginning but as soon as you're upstairs you're getting welcomed by a modern ambience and kind smiles from the staff. The location was perfect. Rafek the manager was so courteous and cooperative. The apartment owner was also helpful and welcoming. I do recommend this unit and planning to re-visit and stay again in stilvolle in the future.
