Honest truth is that I have been to all inclusive resorts world wide but this particular was top notch. It’s very humongous, if you have few days, you don’t get to see it all. It’s VERY BIG AND BEAUTIFUL. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the entire resort was spotless. The workers were very friendly and welcoming. The house keeping stuff made us feel comfortable. Lots of pools that were never congested. The entertainment was amazing. Never a boring time at the resort. The gaming center is one spot for entertainment but it it’s only open for two hours. The reception manager’s checked on us to ensure that we were comfortable. That made us feel we were in safe hands.

Picked the Junior swim-up Suite, which was out of this world! From booking to checkout, Mr Mohamed Taher from the hotel made sure everything runs smoothly. All of our wishes were accommodated for, and he has maintained utmost professionalism. This is the only place I will stay in, in Sharm!

We have visited this hotel many times. But this year, the hotel is simply unrecognizable. The attitude towards the guests has changed in the hotel. There are excellent Italian chefs who cook amazing dishes. The hotel staff is always friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel has a lot of entertainment. We will definitely return to your hotel.

Great resort, highly recommend! Our room was nice and clean, conveniently located with a beautiful sea view. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful , addressed all our requests with a smile. The food is tasty and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. And gorgeous reefs at the floating jetty, so snorkeling equipment is a must have!

The experience was exceptional the service and value for money is definitely a recommendation. All my respect to all staff for their great service and hospitality, Miss Salwa at the reception made sure my stay was zero issues checking on me on daily basis, I would like to thank her so much for the great service I felt really spoiled. Everything was great in this place. Rooms and all resort is very clean, food is very variety and good enough. It has own beach with very nice Coral reef. Staff is very kind especially reception staff is very helpful for early and late check in, we thanks to Mr. Hannah for his assist to us.
