From the moment we arrived at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna in Sharm El-Sheikh, we knew we had made the right choice. This hotel is simply amazing! The atmosphere, the service, the food—everything was beyond expectations. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful pools, crystal-clear waters, and perfectly maintained gardens. The rooms, while not the newest, were always clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, making sure everything was spotless every single day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff, and I have to give a special mention to Bassem Fahmy. He was an absolute gem! From the very first day, he made sure we had everything we needed, always checking in on us with a warm smile. No matter what the request was, he handled it with professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated, and we were lucky to have him as our go-to person during our stay. Thank you, Bassem, for making our trip even more special!
