I went on a 9-day personal retreat solo and really enjoyed the resort. The staff were genuinely caring and really took amazing care of me. They have a guest support service on WhatsApp, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was okay and was enjoying myself. I asked to move rooms during my stay, and this was arranged without hesitation. One of the staff members, Farida, was especially helpful and kind during my stay. I can thoroughly recommend the resort.
As a note, I stayed on the 'adult' side of the resort, and this was really peaceful and perfect for my requirements.

Nice and spacious apartment not far (3 min walking) form Neama Bay Pedestrian Roads. Beach is easy to reach but requires about 1 km walking (flat, no uphills).
The apartment is very easy to find, but not well known by taxis and tours operators. It has parking and a good and cheap supermarket at very close distance.
The owner (Kerolos) is a VERY nice guy, very assistive and patient.
The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms, A/C, Hot water, fully functional kitchen, everything. 1st floor, no elevator.
Next scuba trip, I'll book here for sure.

Great location and friendly staff. Ahmed Elsaid was handling our request for meals and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.
Mohamed Hashem and Mohamed Khaled were quite helpful at the reception too. They guided us in the right direction and gave us pointers on how to travel and places to visit.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and will definitely was to stay again in the future.
