I booked a low floor room by mistake, reception was super helpful they had a higher floor room empty so they switched me free of charge. The hotel itself also restoration old building, it looks really nice, rooms are great as well.

This property is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t fault anything. The building is beautiful, the apartment we stayed in exceeded our expectations and was absolutely stunning, the location is on a busy pedestrian street with great local shops, cafes and supermarkets within easy reach. The staff are all lovely, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to visit again.
