Stayed one night during a car ride from Portugal to France. Staff was super friendly and helpful, as are Spaniards in general! I have stayed multiple times in Casual hotels (it's a chain) and service has always been very good! Would stay again for sure!

The staff were wonderful. I honestly could not imagine nicer staff. Everything was perfect. It very easy to go to the main bus station from the hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in San Sebastian.

Spacious & clean. Whilst the apartment was a distance from the central district it was only a short bus away. There was local restaurants nearby and the train was only a short distance. Great having two bathrooms and kitchen with cooking facilities
