The host is incredibly warm and welcoming. She does her utmost best to provide a support and solution to any unanticipated challenges that arise in a foreign country. She truly made me feel at home and comfortable knowing that I have a reliable local person around and available, even though I am an extremely private and self reliant person. The hotel was fantastic from staff, room and varieties of food, room was was clean and had comfortable mattress, only thing to remember is on the knobs of showers and basin you will have turn it to the blue side for hot water and red for cold, had to call the reception and they called the plumber who was very helpful ✊🏾

"I had a wonderful stay at Mesay Hotel! The room was very clean. I would like to thank the hotel manager, Yohanes, for his hospitality, welcoming and seeing off guests, and his attention to every aspect. The staff were very friendly. The spa services were excellent. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip!"

I mostly enjoyed the friendliness of the staffs, they were exceptional. In the breakfast room, at the reception, at the lounge, it was all perfect with the staffs. Staffs like, Samuel, Getahun, Alem, Rsbika, Meski, Nardos, Birtukan,Chef Alem, and Mitikli were all exceptionally friendly. They constantly make you feel welcomed and well.
