Breakfast was very delicious every morning: home made yoghurt, fruit salad, croissant, juice, coffee or tea and some baguette. Sylvie and Sebastien were really friendly and gave good tips what to do, where to go and in which restaurant to eat. I recommend this accomodation.

The location is great and modern. There is a metro station and several shops nearby. The city center is really quick to reach by metro. Mickael is extremely friendly and even offered to help us with a problem I had with my car.

A 5-minute walk from Stalingrad Tram Stop and a 40-minute drive from Saint-Emilion, ibis Bordeaux Centre Bastide offers 24-hour reception, and WiFi is free of charge in the entire property.

I cannot fault this stay. The room was clean and surprising large. There was a little snack and punch drink that you could have in the lobby on arrival. Dog friendly. Super helpful staff. Location was good - just across the river from all the main things to see.

Hôtel des Voyageurs offers accommodation in Bordeaux next to Stalingrad Tram Station and less than a 5-minute walk from the Stone Bridge. All rooms have a flat-screen TV.

We booked Hotel des Voyageurs after discovering our usual selection on the left bank was closed for renovations. It turned out to be a stroke of good luck. This is a quiet, very safe and secure location with ready access to light rail, not to mention easy walking distance to hotels, bars and restaurants alongside the river. Our room was very clean and comfortable and quite spacious for this part of France. Annette is a wonderful host who willingly provides helpful advice and professional service and hospitality. She not only speaks good English but makes ready contact with her guests via email and messaging services. We would make Hotel des Voyageurs our first choice the next time we visit this marvellous city.

This is a fine accommodation and one I will be using more often. I enjoyed the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. While the location is not ideal in terms of proximity to the city centre, their proud boast is that public transport is close by. In fact it was just outside the door and thus really handy. To get to the hotel board the bus at the main railway station (but not from one of the bays but on the street. They are fairly frequent). Top tip ! (When at the end of your stay) To get to the airport, take the bus away from the centre and board the tram at Galin. From there you can stay on the tram all the way to the airport. Great price for more than acceptable accommodation. Lifts, shower, fridge, hob, microwave, large bed - great value for money.

The 8-person dorm was great, there were two en suite bathrooms, big lockers (no lock tho), very spacious beds with LOTS of privacy! There was a window blind so we could easily sleep in and it was quiet and clean. The sheets were already done when I arrived and I also had a towel to use. Loved it.
