John is a very nice guy who gave us the key when we arrived and gave us all the support we needed.
Very clean room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The building has an elevator.
The metro, Russell square station, is 2 minutes from the property. From the airport there is a direct Piccadilly line and it takes 1 hour to reach the location.
The area is safe and with many parks where you can walk, restaurants where you can eat and drink.
British Museum is 5 minutes' walk away, and Trafalgar Square is 20-25 minutes away.
We recommend this accommodation if you want to explore London on foot.

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

This hotel was a great find. Rooms were clean, modern, with amenities, etc, and the location was super convenient (but it felt nice to be on a small quiet street). The restaurant/pub was delicious and obviously well liked by locals. If mobility is an issue, might not be for you as there's no elevator. Could be considered loud by some before the pub closes at 10 — but really not an issue for us. Our window was open the whole time even tho we were over the top of the rooftop terrace. 10/10, would recommend, would stay again

Gorgeous boutique hotel. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. The owner and staff were attentive and friendly. Food in the evening was delicious. Bonus tip: there is a little restaurant down the way that is also very good called Small & Beautiful Restaurant in case you are staying long enough to try a different restaurant in the evening.
