The hotel is located at the beginning of Havlabar historical district, near Europe Square and Metekhi Monastery.
The street of the hotel is very calm and quiet. A view of Kur river and Narikala fortress opens from the window. From the hotel you can walk to all the sights of the city.
The morning breakfast is of high quality. The furnishings of the rooms are very high quality and comfortable.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel.
I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

Lovely hotel, with a great location and amazing views. The highlight of the hotel is the bath (in some rooms) and this is a great solution - even when it's bad weather and raining outside - taking a warm bath on the balcony is an excellent relaxation.
Breakfast was included and for me it was quite good.

Only good things to say about this place.
The owner met us on the street and welcomed us in. We couldn't speak each other's language but he was so friendly to us. He let us check in early because of our early flight. Very comfortable room. Perfectly clean. Hot water, kettle, fridge, good wifi, soft beds. What more do you need. Also incredible location.
There's even a little bakery at the end of the street. Definitely recommend a visit there too.
10/10. I would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had good design and high quality overall. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, which is hard to access by cars, so there is no through-traffic on the street, making it ideal to relax. At the same time, it is very close to Avlabari metro station and a walking distance to most sights of Old Tbilisi. The breakfast is plentiful, has good variety, and is very delicious.

Great, big sized bathroom, everything worked perfectly. Great communication with the owner, who was very friendly and hospitable. And the place was easy to find thanks to the details & photos they sent before arrival. Good location too, 5 min walk to Avlabari metro and 10-15 min walk to the old town Tbilisi.
