the terrace was amazing, also the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, very near Vake Park which is the best area of Tbilisi.

Stayed there for the third time. I love everything in the hotel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They waited for me late in the evening for my check-in. Room was clean and big, all facilities that I needed were provided. A little old-fashioned furniture (like on pictures), but everything was clean and comfortable. There are about 5 room in the hotel, so it's very quiet to stay there. Vake park is close to the hotel, the area itself is calm and nice. Will stay again when in Tbilisi. Thank you for accommodating me!

Absolutely clean, good location. I stayed around 25 days. I didn’t see anywhere dirty. Bathrooms and toilets getting cleaned daily, bed sheets and pillow sheets getting changed once a week if you stay long term. I wish it was a bit cheaper. I might stay again in the future if I’ll visit Tbilisi again.

Owner and his wife were so kind and helpful. Their assistance with Ukrainian embassy access was incredible. If owner would not take an appointment at 5 a.m. we will spend some more days expecting our turn. Accompanied us with solving our troubles. Very friendly and hospitable.
