I come to Irmisa regularly and I’m always happy with the room, service and kind and helpful staff. The location is also very convenient for me.

I had an amazing stay here, great value for money! The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for walks. The room is very clean (and it is cleaned every day), has everything one might need (including hair dryer, kettle with tea and coffee, mini-fridge, bathrobes and slippers). The bed is huge and comfortable. There is plenty of space to put your clothes/other stuff in. The bathroom is very nice and with a good lighting. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Check-in was very easy, and the host replied to the messages very fast.

The location is great, the reception works 24/7, amazing view from the roof, roof terrace with even better view is available for guests, enjoyed the breakfast a lot, stuff is very helpful and friendly - helped us to prep for the friends’ wedding. The location is perfect; it's located in central Vake, which is close to a lot of great restaurants, amenities, etc. It's also tucked into a corner off the main street, so while it's very accessible, it's also very quiet as well. This, plus the blackout curtains, made sleeping really easy. The place is warm and cozy, and has everything you'd need: coffee, tea, good wifi, towels, bathroom supplies, a small hairdryer, etc. Ketevan speaks Georgian and Russian, and was great with responding quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Had a lovely stay, would certainly return again!
