A very good place in the city centre. The host is really helpful. It has a good share, an AC, a full kitchen, and comes with a private parking in the city centre. You need to contact the host to let you in for the first time, the gate is closed.

They are very responsive to inquiries and very accommodating. I arrived early in the morning and they let me check-in early free of charge. Room is also clean and big and bed is comfortable. They also gave me a card for the bus and metro that can be reloaded. They also give you WhatsApp number so you can easily contact them for anything you need.
Location is very convenient as Omnibus going to and from Kutaisi airport is literally just across the street. Also, the Bicycle Monument/Rose Revolution Square is also just across the street so very convenient if you book tours with Budget Friendly Tours Georgia.

The Hotel is located very close to Rustaveli metro station which is comfort for daily transport and can be reached super easy in less than 5 minutes if you travel backpack. But if you travel with heavy baggages, it's recommended to use a taxi or Bolt app since the walk-side is not baggage friendly and also the street is uphill from main street side. The neighborhood is nice, safe and family friendly with some good shops and restaurant options nearby.
The hotel staff are extremely friendly and ready for help every time needed. The breakfast option also was good and acceptable Variety each day. We appreciated the fact that everywhere in facility were super clean and tidy. Environment friendly since they give you the option to choose if you need refresh for the room each day and also efficient temperature control in the room.
