Great location to everything on Oxford street. Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Rooms are big and good value. Staff were very helpful and treated us very nicely and going out of their way to make sure we have a great stay even though we only stayed one night arriving late and leaving early!
