We couldn't choose better - although there was a small misunderstanding about what we've booked and the room we got, the personal was very willing and met our request. The facilities are new, everything is of a very good quality. The view from our room was amazing. There was a swimming pool which we though didn't use as the hotel stands next to several beautiful beaches where you can walk or drive within several minutes. If I ever return to Crete, I'll definitely stay here again.

It is an absolutely wonderful place with a stunning sea and mountains view. We loved everything about it. The pool area is great. The pool is clean and big and it was never crowded. It was a great place to chill and relax, with the view over the sea and the mountains. There is a lovely beach just outside the hotel. We had to only walk down the stairs. It was very convenient for days when we didn't want to go anywhere further. For the apartment itself it was a cozy and compact place, but very nice and super clean, with a kitchenette offering everything we might need. And we loved the terrace! With a view over the sea and close to the pool area, it was a great pleasure to have the morning coffee or an evening glass of wine there. It is a place I would absolutely recommend, for both families and couples.

Excellent welcome, delicious pastries, and excellent wine. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, and in an excellent location. Fully equipped kitchen, we could help ourselves to coffee, tea, jam, etc. Top-notch. Really a very beautiful apartment, great beds, excellent air conditioning. The apartment was also equipped with a high chair and an extra crib for our little one. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you once again for everything.

We had a truly great stay. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served in the room. We stayed in a suite with a spa on the terrace. While it was a lovely room, the terrace was not very private, and although it was advertised with sea view, you only get a small glimpse of the sea – so don’t book it for the view. There was some noise from the kitchen until around 00:30, but it didn’t bother us, and the staff explained that the kitchen will be relocated next summer, which sounds like a good improvement. The pool area had plenty of space. Although the hotel is advertised as adults-only with no access for children at the pool, on some days there were older children present – this did not disturb us, but it’s worth noting. The restaurant serves fantastic food, and the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance that are definitely worth a visit. You can walk along the beach and promenade into town in about 20–30 minutes, and we took a taxi back for 9 euros. The beach right by the hotel is also fantastic – it does get busy during the day, but in the mornings we almost had it to ourselves. Overall, a calm, professional, and very enjoyable stay.
