Location is great, in the middle of Kifissia. Warm and welcoming. The rooms are rather big, comfortable, clean, very stylish with a large and comfortable walk-in shower. Really nice with a retro-chic. Staff were really nice ! Food was excellent. Actually in the hotel there is one of the best restuarants in the area.

The hotel is located in the popular Kifisia area with nice shops, cafeterias and restaurants. The breakfast was small but had enough variety, it was delicious and clean, specially prepared alternative mixtures, fruit salads were delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice was available every morning.. I left my heart in the tea room winter garden which is also used as a breakfast room. It was a wonderful environment. I recommend you to go there just to sit in that winter garden and read your book with a coffee or tea in a wonderful green view.The hotel is surrounded by perfect greenery, there is a lush park and garden behind and next to it. Although the hotel is on the street, it is calm and quiet. The decoration is simple and high quality. The rooftop bar is very enjoyable, despite the music and the crowd, you can easily have a conversation and it has a wonderful view. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was kind.

The apartment was spotless clean! The heat was turned up when we arrived, thus the temperature inside the space was really good. Moreover, a small light was turned on in the flat which was nice detail since we checked in late at night. We had a good communication with the owner before the check in.

Perfect. All the necessary things are available in the apartment. Everything is very clean and everything has been thought of. Can see that owner cares about every customer. For us, little negative: Parking on the streets, needs to find free spaces. The house next door is not in good condition
