The room at the Niche Hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, but what I could praise the most is the staff, starting from the reception, through the maids who were always unobtrusive, clean, and greeted warmly, the restaurant staff is extremely friendly, and the bar manager is very kind. A perfect score.

Great location with public transport options nearby. We really liked the layout of the accommodation; we booked the two-bedroom option, and one of the bedrooms had its own private shower/WC. Very modern and clean. We were pleasantly surprised that even though we stayed for two nights, we received fresh towels after the first night. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment looks just like at the pictures, with a lovely balcony and great view of the Acropolis. It’s very comfortable and has everything you might need. The area is just fabulous! The flat is located just off the Neos Kosmos metro station, surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, and shops, but without the hectic, touristy vibe. You can easily walk to the Acropolis and Plaka, or get there in just a few minutes by metro (2 stops). I also really appreciated the assistance and warm hospitality of the host, Marios — thank you for your flexibility and for accommodating our late check-out. If I visit Athens again — which I’d love to — I would definitely like to stay with Marios and in the Neos Kosmos area.

The location was great. We walked to all the main sites, probably 20mins. But also public transport was maybe two stops to main sites. Small but great use of space. Air con was amazing. Very clean and had everything our family of 4 needed. Beds were very comfy, lovely shower too,lovely pizza restaurant on the street.Would definitely stay again if it was available. Was very good value.

The apartments are modern and fully equipped with everything we needed, perfectly accommodating our family of five and a couple. It had all the essentials, from cooking supplies to a first aid kit, a washing machine and dryer, and comfortable beds. The host is fantastic, providing a detailed list of recommendations and clear explanations. The location is convenient , walking distance from Acropolis and other sightseeing attractions as well as many restaurants and bakeries around with easy access to public transport. We really enjoyed our stay here.
