1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

The room was beautifully thought out for every comfort. We had an amazing view from the window. Loved the use of the black and white images of English looking toads, foxes etc. The room was clean and we really appreciated being able to do a load of washing as we had been in Sri Lanka for 3 weeks prior. We just needed clean clothes for a couple of days, so a load of washing was perfect. The bathroom was roomy and spacious too. Also the staff were able to recommend a street to buy art/antiques. Just great.

Room and bathroom were spacious with king size bed - we could open our two large clamshell luggages on the floor. The seaside view was lovely and it was great to have the motorised sheer and blackout blinds. Location was close to a station. Cannot comment on pool facility as it was closed due to typhoon warning, which was no problem for us.
