The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, anticipating our needs with grace and warmth.
The accommodations were luxurious, the dining exceptional, and the ambiance unmatched. It’s rare to find a hotel that exceeds expectations at every turn, but The Ritz-Carlton does so effortlessly.

Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel.
Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want..
superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance..
as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything..
this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

Very nice hotel in quiet neighborhood (however a lot of shops and restaurants are nearby), clean room equipped with all you need (kettle, hairdryer, free water refill), quite small but totally enough, staff is very kind, 15 minutes by walk to Mong Kok, free shuttle bus to different HK locations. I'd stay there again!
