Sheraton the name for itself best service. Friendly staff, very close to the airport and easily accessible by their free shuttle bus service from/to the airport and metro station. Good breakfast. The pool itself is stunning. Nice room with a stunning sea view.

The remoteness of the property is a great plus for us nature lovers. And crystal-clear directions from the owner made our journey there (by public transport) a breeze. We got there earlier than indicated but the boss adjusted his schedule, checked us in and, based on what we want to do, gave us clear and accurate directions on how to do it. The rooms were much larger than elsewhere in Hong Kong and absolutely spotless and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

The Ambience was the BEST!! We went during Christmas and they nailed the decorations, the music - everything! So much of the property to see, you almost do not want to blink. lol Gorgeous indoor pool, don't forget to also check out the changing rooms! In the morning, you'll see Mickey doing Tai Chi in the lobby. We had the view facing the 'park'/ hotel entrance. (can't actually see the park but you get a view of the momentous upwards of treetops)

Location was ideal for me, as this visit was a stopover. The staff were totally amazing, friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. With the hotel being close to the airport, I was a little concerned about noise … albeit needlessly. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for different needs (yum).
