The hotel is perfectly located opposite the city centre, with magnificent views of Victoria Harbour (be sure to choose a room with harbour view!). The underground train and the ferry terminal are within walking distance. Rooms are very nicely equipped, and service is impeccable. Great indoor swimming pool, sun terrace and hotel gym. The Breakfast buffet as well as the evening buffet (in the same restaurant) are just marvellous. I did also enjoy the airport pick up in one of the hotel's Rolls Royces which was a special treat not to be missed.

Everything, but most of all is the staff. Everyone I've come in contact with, either in person or over the phone, is so friendly, professional, and helpful. They are truly the asset of this hotel and what keep the guests coming back time and time again.
I indicated in the booking that I was there for a weekend of the birthday celebration. The hotel staff decorated the room to give me a lovely surprise when I checked in. They also sent a complimentary birthday cake, with a hand-written card and a lion 🦁 soft toy. These gestures are very thoughtful and made my stay there special and memorable. I really appreciated it.

I chose Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui as I have been there for celebrate my birthday to me , myself and I.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been open for 3 months since September 2025. Everything is very new and might have some stuck with service a little bit, but over all is very nice. The view from the room is stunning, very good for relaxing or a honeymoon couple.. Hotel located next to the Easy Tsim ShaTsui MTR station. Highly recommend this place.
