Everything was excellent, comfortable, warm, 15 minutes from the center, I definitely recommend it! You have free parking and breakfast for 9€. For dinner at weekends I would recommend All you can eat & drink Trofea grill.

Outstanding.. our host was kind and hospitable.. very helpful for us.. great kitchen.. very comfy beds.. and big comfy chair for relaxing in.. fantastic location, very close to the Metro and buses (excellent public transport system).. and KOKI Mall.. quiet even though there was construction work over the road.. it's fairly small but enough for 2.. loved our 7 days in Budapest..

Highly recommend! Dedicated stuff, super clean and spaciouse room. Walking distance to a lot of nice sites of beautiful Budapest. Wonderful rooftop Pool area. We were very happy with out choice.
