It was a wonderful experience. Staff very friendly and welcoming, very clean, hotel looks amazing, I am not a big fan of breakfast but in my opinion that choice was excellent. For me the location was very good, there is a small mall and lots of different cafes nearby. Definitely worth the money.

The selection of bfast one day only got beans and English style,and the rest Indo style, so my family bit not happy, the staff was attentive and very helpful , appreciate for the helps.

we didn't take the breakfast in the hotel. cos there are plenty malls and shopping centers around hotel. staff very kind and friendly, easy to communicate with.. we will for sure recommend other friends and family members to stay at POP Hotel if they need an accommodation in Jakarta / BSD area.
