The Pitu bamboo villa exceeds my expectation with unique style of open villa, with outdoor bathtub and private pool. The villa offers the quiet place for relaxation. Gek Esa is an excellent host, offering the top hospitality during our stay. She helped me to prepare the birthday flower greeting for my girlfriend, prepared a floating breakfast and even gave a birthday surprise for my girlfriend. Thank you so much gek Esa and the team. I really enjoyed staying at the Pitu villa and it is always a memorable holiday for both of us. I hope to stay again in the future.

The hotel is inside a temple, the decoration of the property is incredible. The room is really comfortable, the bathroom is amazing, with hot water and good pressure. The best hotel we have stayed in Bali so far. We just stayed one night because we were moving but definitely would come back.

We had originally booked 2 nights in the Lanaya Villa. As soon as you arrive, you realize the hospitality and beauty of this wonderful accommodation. It becomes even clearer when you are finally shown to your villa. The owner explains everything, guides you through the house while you're enjoying your welcome drink and really every wish is fulfilled - a dedicated WhatsApp number is available 24/7 and there is a prompt response. Fantastically situated in the middle of rice fields, huge private pool under large palm trees, just wow! We were aware that we were choosing a gem with a lot of privacy, a drive to Ubud takes about 25 minutes. It didn't bother us at all, Gojek or Grab is always available anyway. The helpfulness of the team even goes so far that when a Gojek driver canceled at short notice, the owner said, no problem, he wanted to go to Ubud anyway, he'll drive us. He did not accept any money for this, not even at our request. Breakfast can be ordered at any time for the desired time and is served in the open dining area by the pool or as a floating breakfast. We ended up extending our stay for another night on day 2 because we loved it so much. This accommodation was by far the best on our entire trip through Bali. Many thanks to the whole team for this wonderful experience, we will definitely be back again! Regards from Austria.

First of all - the staff!!! The most amazing smiling people, making sure every minute that your wishes are fulfilled, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are big and comfy, so is the bed, hot water in the shower, very nice pool with a lot of sitting areas, the location is great and very close to a lot of good restaurants and bars.

The no 1 hostel I have ever stayed at!! The staff is very welcoming, they treat you like a family. There are many group activities every day (hiking, day trips, family dinners, puppy therapy, yoga class etc) that makes it so convenient to meet with other solo travellers. I loved it that there are free massages, pedicure and manicure every day. The rooms are very neat and organised and the food is extremely delicious. So many options to choose from including healthy super bowls. If you love island vibes and want to meet new people, you have to stay at Puri Garden. You will love it!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Wakanda resort. The place is truly unique, calm, quiet and so beautiful. Just besides rice field - and not full of mosquitos as one would think - the atmosphere is so peaceful. The room was spacious and always immaculate clean, all the staff members went beyond to meet all our requests. They were super friendly and always smiling. It felt so special to be blessed on our first arrival to the hotel. They can arrange literally any activities you ask for, from hiking to a volcano to a balinese purification ceremony (in a small temple, completely alone, no hoards of tourists). Breakfast menu is plenty and everybody can find something they prefer, dining menu is also huge and the food is very nicely made, everything taste good (and I am very picky). The gym has brand new equipment. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is visiting Ubud area. Note though it's about 10km from Ubud center which can take a while with scooter to reach, but the hotel also has a shuttle 3 times a day to take you there. Thank you to everybody who made our stay so enjoyable!
