Welcoming staff clean rooms. Best affordable stay. Was surprised to see such a clean hotel at this cost

The location was good and easily accessible by public transport. We were able to procure things easily from nearby shops. Terence is a great host and is easily approachable. Whenever I called him he was quick to reply. Thank you Terence for being such a great host.

Staff, Location, Ambience/Aesthetics

I am a guest from Taiwan who stayed in Room 745 from 18 March to 1 May 2025. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every member of Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad staff. Throughout my stay, Hyatt superb service, delicious food, and first-class facilities created an unforgettable, home-away-from-home experience. Mr Abhishek, Mr Kundan, and many other colleagues whose names I sadly did not record treated me like family, constantly checking in and offering warm greetings that made me feel safe and relaxed, even while far from home. I owe special thanks to Mr Abhishek. Besides treating me with genuine friendship, his sharp eye helped me recover a lost item. I am also grateful to the front-desk reservations team for letting me remain in the same room for the entire stay, sparing me the inconvenience of moving. As for dining, I ate most often at Tinello, yet it was the authentic Indian flavors at Sārvatt that left the deepest impression—I still miss those dishes now that I have returned to Taiwan. My stay coincided with mango season, and India’s unique mangoes led me to order the Mango Mint from Chai Shop almost every day. During occasional moments of homesickness, the genuine Chinese cuisine at China House brought comforting tastes of home. There are far too many excellent facilities and services to list them all. Housekeeping kept my room spotless each day and always replenished supplies thoughtfully. Hyatt laundry service also impressed me—I was amazed by the high-quality washing, drying, and pressing and would love to observe the process someday if possible. The fitness center’s modern, plentiful, and diverse equipment allowed me to maintain my exercise routine after work and on weekends. Once again, thank you to everyone at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. If my friends or colleagues ever travel to Ahmedabad, I will enthusiastically recommend that they stay at Hyatt Regency. Wishing all Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad staff continued success and every happiness.

In particular, I would like to commend Mr. Devanand Pareva from the concierge team for his outstanding support and attention to detail. His professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay. From arranging restaurant reservations and managing table preferences, to helping me find tennis lessons and identifying suitable fitness centers, he handled every request with efficiency, kindness, and care. His knowledge of both the hotel and the local area was incredibly helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. While all the staff at ITC Narmada demonstrated a high level of hospitality and excellence, Devanand’s service stood out as truly exceptional. Please extend my warm congratulations to him and convey my gratitude for going above and beyond.

Great location, beautiful clean premises, just next to the huge shopping mall, amazing service from the entrance to reception and restaurant. Great breakfast with many fresh options.
