The host was so helpful when we arrived, giving us lots of recommendations for places to get coffee, eat, see, visit etc. We arrived earlier than check in but she let us leave our bags and freshen up quickly before exploring Naples. She then text when the apartment was ready.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the best we have had in Italy. There are a lot of homemade cakes and savoury options. There are also yoghurts / cereal/fruit, etc. All the cakes and savoury bakes (quiches, etc) are homemade salvatore's (a staff member) mother, They are amazing, particularly the pasteria. All the staff are lovely, very helpful, and brilliant for a chat over breakfast and to point out spots to see around Naples.

we had an amazing experience at relais mermaid luxury suite! giuseppe was a responsive host, he sent us all the important info and was ready to help us with our needs. the location is truly exceptional: just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito and the royal palace, and from our balconies you have the most beautiful and peaceful view of the sea! we also loved the taste in the design of the room and the furniture, and even the tea cups were beautiful. everything was just great, and since they say you go to naples and then you want to come again, we'll make sure to stop here for the night if that happens!
