It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and extremely central. The staff member at the desk was really helpful explaining everything to us. The lift worked which was great. Being right by the Metro was incredibly handy.

This hotel is a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I booked a room with a rooftop terrace which was amazing. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and that eating area was available 24 hours so it was lovely to be able to make coffee and have a tasty treat. We were guided to lovely restaurants nearby. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Lorenzo is very friendly! Went above and beyond. The place looks very modern and recently renovated. Very secure too. The bed was very comfortable! If you have the opportunity to stay here don't even think twice. The place is located close to the Toledo Metro station. Direct line to the train station.
