Elegant and relaxing hotel, made exceptional by truly outstanding staff and the most incredible rooftop balcony imaginable. From before making our booking, to check in, to questions about the town, every team member went out of their way to make our two day stay perfect. There is a genuine delight in helping people and we felt it throughout. As for the rooftop balcony, we started each day there for breakfast and finished each night with a few drinks overlooking the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. It took tremendous self control to make sure we pulled ourselves away - could easily have sat there all day. We look forward to our next visit.

We had a great stay at Casa Vacanza! The apartment was clean and exactly as described in the photos, it had ample space, great facilities and the bed was super comfy, towels were also provided (and they were clean and fluffy!). Our flight arrived quite late in the evening and Enzo greeted us outside the apartment to hand over the key and secure payment, he was able to do this with a card machine so it was a really easy process! He then arranged some pizza and sides for us as well as drink and water which was much appreciated! He also owned a café on the main road (up some steps from the apartment), and we then were treated to complementary breakfast and coffee in the morning, and anytime we walked past his café at any time we would be warmly welcomed by him and his staff and any locals that were also there! As first time visitors to Naples we could not have felt more welcomed or safe knowing that our host was nearby if we needed him. On our check out day, our flight home was not until the evening, and so Enzo kindly kept our bags safe at his café so we were able to enjoy the day before catching a Taxi (which he arranged for us!) to the airport. He also gave us a goodie bag which included Focaccia Pizza, pastries, cakes and water completely free! Thank you Enzo :)

The host really meet our requests even he didnt have to, so yeah great host, clean and functional place, vivid neighbourhood without any problems and market in front of apartment working practically all the time.

I was worried about finding the accommodation at first but it was very easy. Got to the square that lovely Rita sends to you via Whatsapp and you will see the sign for the accommodation right at the base of the stairs. Rita was super lovely! Easier to communicate with her via Whatsapp with the use of translate for English speakers. She is very loving. Comfortable room and bed. Has an aircon. Big bathroom and probably the biggest shower we had the whole time we were in Italy. Was a little musty as no window or fan for airflow. Was very cool to stay in such a local neighbourhood. Could be a little loud occasionally. Didn't worry us but if your a light sleeper it might. We were able to leave our luggage and pick it up later the day we checked out.

Beautiful, modern, clean apartment. The big comfortable bed and shower is exactly what you need after a long day of traveling. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly with everything we needed. He helped to find amazing spot for dinner and helped us to easily get to the apartment, which is very well located to enjoy Naples. We highly recommend this place!

I chose this apartment for the terrace, but I received infinitely more: I met a person who truly marked my life. Bruno is not just a host. He is generosity, care, and empathy – the very spirit of Naples, rarely found so vividly. During my stay, I faced a medical emergency, and Bruno didn’t hesitate for a second to take full responsibility for caring for my daughter, who autistic. He protected her from the chaos of the hospital and offered her a safe, calm, familiar environment. He stayed close, looked after her, and treated her like family, ordering pizza and buying cookies and Icetea for her. He supported me constantly, even from a distance, keeping in touch with my family and sending me messages and photos to ensure me that is everything's fine with my daughter, ordering and paying for my taxi from the hospital, and getting me all the medication and essentials I needed. Every day, before returning home, he would check if I needed anything and brought it to me—never accepting any money for these gestures or the extra shopping he did on my behalf. On the day of departure, he woke up at 5 a.m. to help me and personally took me to the taxi. He continued to stay in touch during my journey home and in the following days, checking in on my recovery and making sure I was safe. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely – an authentic Neapolitan home, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and a magnificent terrace overlooking the city and the majestic Mount Vesuvius. It's perfectly located on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The days when I wasn’t fully functional weren’t lost—they were deeply meaningful. Thanks to Bruno’s constant care, discretion, and presence, and thanks to a view that soothes your heart, even in your most vulnerable moments. Bruno, his neighbor Francesco, and their friend who is a doctor, were much more than hosts to me: they were true support, warmth, and pure humanity.

The welcoming was very warm and the host made sure we had all necessary info to enjoy our stay in Naples. The location was great, 10 mins walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the train station to reach the city centre.

The property is near the city center, few minutes walk away 5min approximately. The landlord is very friendly. If you will arrive with a car there is parking garage just few meters away. Thank you Maurizio!
