A beautiful hotel, in a very sympathetically restored commercial building. The rooms are large and very comfortable. with both underfloor heating and air conditioning. Breakfast is delivered to the room, and everything I ordered was fresh and tasty. Fast wifi meant I was able to work during the day. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, right on the main street to explore Palermo’s highlights and experience the city’s everyday life. It’s also situated at the beginning of the street where it’s still quiet, so you’re not right in the middle of the noisier areas—making it perfect. As for parking, which can be tricky in many parts of Sicily, thanks to NH it was particularly easy: a parking lot just five minutes’ walk from the hotel, straight ahead with no slopes. The staff always welcomed us warmly; at check-in they were especially kind. The hotel facilities are excellent, since it has been recently renovated. In general, I don’t usually like staying in large hotel chains and prefer boutique hotels, but I must say my stay at NH was surprisingly good. Breakfast was great, and the service, recommendations, and conveniences made for a perfect stay.

Host made contact before our arrival. Our arrival was delayed by 2 hours and host was extremely patient and helpful. She gave us best advice on getting to property that saved us a taxi fare. When we arrived at train station she was on hand to provide exact directions and hand over keys and provide advice on staying safe.
