The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a great bathroom. It had a good bed with good pillows. The room looked like new, and the whole hotel appeared brand new. Also, it had an amazing view.
The location was amazing, close to everything you need to visit in Ragusa. It felt safe to walk around both day and night.
The staff was very kind and professional; they explained to us step by step how to get to a bar we were looking for.
The parking was easy and convenient.
The breakfast offered infinite possibilities of what to eat with great quality.
The air conditioning was wonderful, something key at this time of year.
All the staff we met were fluent in English and Spanish.

It is well located, attractive, and very clean. It was quiet, comfortable, and restful. Well organized and Davide was very attentive and pleasant. He provided us with delicious coffee and homemade bread in the morning. There is no wifi but there is phone coverage. Davide helped us with our bags and showed where to park for free. We would stay again if we returned.

Stunning view, very pretty and well decoration, provide warm welcome, safe and super clean and quiet to sleep and comfy bed / pillow. Perfect location to reach all attraction places by walk. Staff very polite and very attention to take care.

This property was a great little surprise. We only spent one night, and given another opportunity we would have stayed longer in Ragusa and would have been very happy at this hotel. Charming, and very well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, and it is a super location. The staff were more than gracious, very accommodating and efficient.

Very nice setting, like in the pictures.
It is the only place during our whole stay of two weeks where we had a little heater in the bathroom (we came in winter).
Excellent breakfast on the terrace above, which has a view of the whole city and the surrounding mountains.
The owner is very friendly and attentive to your needs.

Rosita is an amazing, welcoming host. Driving and parking in Ragusa Ilba is very tricky but Rosita was there to go in the car with us to find a spot. The rooftop breakfast room is great and the breakfast included fresh, whole fruit which is very welcome. Great location for exploring the old Town.
