We had an amazing stay and we can't recommend it highly enough! The location is unbeatable, with a bus stop right in front of the apartment and the tube station just a 7-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The taxi was always around €20. There's a grocery shop next door for any essentials you might need. Our room was both beautiful and spacious, with a stunning bathroom and a huge terrace surrounded by real plants. The highlight of our stay was Jenny, who provided exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, taking care of us with genuine care. Breakfast was delivered to our room with a fabulous selection. From toast with egg and avocado to fresh juice and fruit salad, the choices were both delicious and satisfying. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and complimentary drinks refilled every day, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Thanks to Jenny and her recommendation we got to enjoy a breathtaking fireworks display, which made our trip and last evening even more memorable. Jenny also sent warm regards from the owner and left us a lovely gift, which truly touched our hearts. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be back! This hotel offers beautiful clean accommodation with five-star service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Rome. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay close to the city centre. Wonderful host, really helpful, very responsive and kind. Minutes away from Re di Roma Metro station, excellent neighbourhood, loved the sfogliatellas and cappuccinos. Cozy, warm room, decently sized bed and great mattress, excellently cleaned bathroom and quick in and out system. Would return anytime.

We did not book breakfast but they let us use the breakfast/ kitchen/ dining facilities and we prepared our breakfast and had some lunch as well. We got the fresh baguettes and whatever we needed from a nearby CONAD, just a 2 minute walk away . They also offered us coffee which was great. Absolutely fantastic. Grazie mille Anu and Gianni

Everything! The room was clean (every day) and had enough space. Also the terrace was nice. The location is good, quiet, some shops in the area and the metro is just around the corner (Re di Roma) so you can go everywhere very easily. But you can also walk to the center of Rome. The hospitality: very friendly host and staff. We had a great stay and I recommend this guest house to everyone who wants to go to Rome!
