The location is very convenient with quick access to the subway to see major sites in Rome! Check in and check out process was also very easy and efficient. The host was very warm and welcoming and provided helpful advice during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower! We would stay here again.

Excellent guesthouse! It is nearby the metro station. The bus stop is right in front of the guesthouse. There are shops nearby, supermarkets and my favorite was a yogurt gelato place that is open until 12am!

The room was really clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and smooth. I was grateful for the help in arranging a surprise cake and the space available to leave our luggage and also waiting area to sit whilst we waited for our late flight home. Re di Roma station literally on the door step as well of loads of great restaurants (oh sole, re di Roma piazza) and dessert spots (Pompi). Only 4 steps from Termini (central station) can get to the Spanish Steps directly. In a great location. Glad we weren’t in a tourist area and seemed to be more among locals. Lovely staff, easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend to others and happily stay here again when I next visit.
