The location is good! 3-5 mins walk to the Termini Train Station. Best customer service! Both receptionists(sorry I forgot your names!) were very friendly and helpful for first timer tourist like me, giving me information on what to take note of and advise my travel schedule. The best part is the coffee machine near the reception, which is totally free and unlimited for guests to have it! Reasonable room size for 3 luggages(only can open up 2) and reasonable clean and of course reasonable pricing. Might be better than some of the 3/4 stars hotel. Big TV in room, aircon working, water heater, safe working!

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even on the day we declined housekeeping because my wife was feeling unwell, they checked on us to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. Their concern and genuine care made our stay even more comforting, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality they showed throughout our visit.
Overall, the hospitality and service we received were exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Great job to the entire team!
