The host is an extremely wonderful host who waited for us when our flight was delayed. They gave us a bonus bottle of wine which my wife loved very much. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. 100% recommend. Also it is very near the bus stop.

The room was clean, fully darkenable, tidy, and probably furnished with new furniture. The check-in instructions were perfect and clear, and the bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

I am totally happy , that I stayed in this apartment. It is very light and cosy, very clean!!! It has perfect balcony. All towels and bed linen are perfectly white and fresh!!!the owner is very kind and helpful, will help u in any extra situation if it happens. A great comfortable apartment, with everything you need in the kitchen. Two bathrooms, everything was very pleasant. Clean and cozy. Close to transport, close to shops and cafes.

Our stay at this apartment was exceptional! Everything was just as described. The host was extremely kind, communicative, and available for any questions. The location is excellent, in a quiet part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the metro station. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for quality accommodation and good value for money.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Monti Tiburtini Guest House! My wife, our two-year-old daughter, and I felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire visit to Rome. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank Katia, our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can truly feel how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home — her warmth made a big difference in our overall experience. The guest house itself is very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. It’s a family-friendly place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there are several shops nearby for anything you might need, and right downstairs in the building, there’s a lovely café where we had breakfast every morning. The staff there is very polite and friendly, and the breakfast selection was great. Although the kitchen is shared with other guests, it was absolutely no problem — actually, it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange experiences about visiting Rome. The kitchen was always tidy and well-equipped. The connection to the city center is fantastic. The metro station is very close to the property, and thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore Rome with ease. We walked around 20 kilometers each day, seeing all the major sights, and it was wonderful to return each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation. In short: everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back to Rome — and of course, staying again at Monti Tiburtini Guest House with Katia as our host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located home away from home in Rome. Thank you once again, Katia!

The room was comfortable , very close to the metro and bus station . Rosella was very kind and helped us a lot!

This accomodation was really great experience! Giuseppe was very kind, pleasant and helpful. It was very nice to meet him. Room was perfectly clean and cleaned every day. In shared kitchen there were small sweet snacks and coffee free of charge. Breakfast inluding delicious croissant and café was in cosy and authentic Italian bistro - even the best bistro we came across in Rome. Thank you for this experience Giuseppe!

Nothing not to like about the property. The location was great. The host was gracious and ready to help. Loved the terrace!
