Fabulous location near all the activity in Ortigia including the markets. Many restaurant choices nearby and a great place to walk around Ortigia ftom. Car parking (free) right out front or paid carparking nearby. Beautiful room and facilities where you could watch the world go by from the balcony. Helpful host who recommended a fabulous place for a meal that she frequents. One of our best accommodation stops in the past five weeks in Italy.

Quiet room with good room darkening shades even though it is on an alley way, we slept well. The breakfast was nice. The breakfast location was spectacular with a rooftop view. It's a great way to jump start the morning with a light breakfast...I'm a coffee snob...so I saved my coffee experience for one of the many fantastic cafes locally. Great location for touring the older part of Syracuse. Perfect for our 2 days stay.

The location could not be better! Right in the Ortigia city center. No noise at all, perfect for sleep. The apartment is very small but as a tourist, how much room do you need? After all, you will spend all your time exploring the city. The beds are comfortable, the small kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is full of toiletries and essentials, and it has eight (repeat, 8!) different hair shampoos, among others! Everything is clean. The place has so many little details, it makes you feel like some student lives here but has moved elsewhere, only to make room for you. The owner, Elario is super nice, his knowledge of English is limited but more than enough to explain everything the apartment has to offer and also to recommend the closest restaurants and supermarkets.

We loved the apartment. It was super comfortable, spacious, clean and beautiful decorated. We really felt like at home. We enjoyed the sunrise lights on the balcony in the morning and the view to the old town.The apartment is also super positioned in Ortigia just a few minutes from the market, in the middle of old town. There is also easy accesible parking nearby.

This hotel is a gem. Located right by the promenade in Ortigia and with two terraces and most rooms facing the water, Henry’s House is the perfect base from which to explore Ortigia and Siracusa. Compact in size, beautifully filed with local and run by the friendliest and most efficient staff, this is a place from which you won’t want to leave. The buffet breakfast was a cornucopia of excellent local fruit and fare, the cocktails were divine and every room comes with a fully included minibar. How often do you find all that under one roof?

Everything was great! The location on the sea side is excellent, the staff was nice and friendly, the room and bathroom are large and equippied with everything necessary and breakfast was very good as well!
