Staff are great! Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Helped me with my requests that I had for them, booked taxis etc for me. All very polite. Can’t fault their service. Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Was a great stay and when I come back to Amman I’ll book again!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Actually everything but the far most important was the manager Mr. Victor, He showed up at 3 AM to make sure we are taking our taxi and he countiniously asked us that everything is okay and how can we improve, he was so willing to hear from us. The rest of the team was very helpful and they suggested a lot of things and were extremely nice.
