Fabulous, friendly and attentive staff, who really helped us when my husband lost his phone. Fabulous breakfast buffet - the best I’ve ever seen with everything imaginable from chocolate fountain to sushi. Spacious, luxurious room.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Cleanliness (place even smells clean). Room size. Complimentary hot beverages and fruits. Good, well kept facilities. A grocery store sits next door and there are a few good restaurants within a walking distance. Location off Zahran Street is quite convenient.
Very responsive staff, including guest relations and over email.

Nice and welcoming staff. Lots of activities and free family style dinners once a week! Great common areas and rooftop. Plus points for having a vegan restaurant connected to the hostel! Female dorm was also cheaper than a mixed which is not common and was very appreciated.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. They provided me with excellent recommendations on restaurants and attractions nearby that I could visit and helped set up a day tour for me at a great price.
Location is a walkable distance from the major sites in Amman. The hotel is newly renovated and feels brand new. This hotel could easily be a 4 star hotel and is well worth the price for anyone looking for accommodation downtown.
