My parents and I have enjoyed everything there. Highly recommended place to chill and relax with partner, friends and family. It's not only about the gold spring, but also about the delicious Japanese food, amazing staff and services, and the best coffee we've ever had in Japan. Wish I can get a hint of where to buy it lol. Amazing private onsens and best service from staff I’ve ever received. The shuttle service is great - if you want to walk around the town or grab dinner (their recommended restaurants are delicious), they’ll drive you to most places in the town and pick you up. Breakfast is fantastic.
