Hotel provided free rental of amenities and gadgets like vinyl players, coffee brewing kit, games etc. which was a really pleasant surprise! That's besides the fact that it was in close proximity to Kyoto station, yet in a quiet and serene area. Staffs were really friendly.

Everything was awesome. Clean and spacious room. Just 5 minutes from the central railway station and 10 minutes walk to local cultural site To-Ji. The hotel is surrounded by nice places to have a meal. An awesome breakfast. Nice and helpful staff, who answered all the questions I had.

The location is conveniently located within walking distance to the main train station. The host met us at the accommodation to explain how to use everything, and also about sights in the region. We loved the traditional look and feel, even the beds were surprisingly comfortable! We would happily stay if we were ever in Kyoto again.
