Everything, interior, tv, laundry, that it was on top floor with view. We also used the locks on our bags outside the room while waiting for checkin, which we appreciated a lot.

We had a truly wonderful time in Tokyo!
The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared.
The bed was extremely comfortable — I have back pain, but the mattress had just the right firmness and gave me a great night’s sleep.
The entire environment was quiet and cozy, and we all slept very well.
Our host, Ms Lan, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
We arrived quite late, and she even came to pick us up at the station — we were truly touched by her kindness.
The location of the accommodation was also very convenient and easy to access.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tokyo!
We would definitely like to come back again!

All the basic facilities were there, very clean on arrival. The surrounding area is really nice and is close to the station. Rooms were very spacious and beds were comfy to sleep on. Highly recommended
