One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. Room is big. Breakfast is good.
Less than 5 minutes walk from the station and all the facilities are very new and clean since the hotel was newly opened in April 2024.
My family and I really enjoyed their hot bath and Sauna located at their G floor.
Definitely recommend to those who plans to visit Yokohama.

The advantage of being placed away from the elevator is less pinging and people noise is minimal. Spacious room. Cafe-prepped breakfast from an A,B, or C menu was good. Liked how conveniently situated to many restaurants, port sites and JR & Metro stations it is. There was a cool room of washing machines and driers - maybe 8/10, kind-of kitchenette and a relax corner with comics and a couple of chairs with massage pads attached. Never seen this set-up before.

Everything. You are greeted by kind staff at the reception and amazing smell. You could choose from a variety of toiletteries in the reception (including face care) should you need those, so not to be wasteful. Room was comfortable, designed pleasantly, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, coffee and water provided. Location was excellent, two steps from JR and metro station, not too far from main tourist attractions of Yokohama.

Everything was so good from staff to room. I had a great time here. Room was quite spacious compared to hotel in Shinjuku like i can open my 26" luggage which I can't do it in my Shinjuku hotel. The bed was comfy enough. Amenities are provided included pyjamas. Metro station also near to the hotel
