Never seen this very friendly and helpful staff before. The rooms are good equipt and the swimming pool in a tropical garden. All is high quality and good located. I can only say, go there and see yourself, you will not disappointed.

I thoroughly recommend Chaiya Palace Hotel. Staying here felt like being in a 'home away from home'. Aside from the exemplary cleanliness and amazing room, the staff were exceptional. They did everything they could to make our stay the best experience possible. Absolutely genuinely caring. Plus, the location is perfect.
We look forward to returning to Phnom Penh and have no hesitation in choosing to stay here again.

The location is very quiet in the posh area near the Royal Palace
Breakfast is very nice, you can have unlimited refill
The pool is very chill with trees and green areas, I love relaxing there

We came for a short city gateway to Phnom Penh. The scenic is a new hotel. The location is perfect and nearby to a lot of restaurants and cafe. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Worth every penny and will definitely repeat my stay here if I’m in Phnom Penh again.
