Location is wonderful, just a ten-minute walk to Nampo and fifteen minutes to Jagalchi. The view from the room, with floor-to-ceiling windows is exceptional and there is even a roof terrace with unparalleled views over the bays on both sides and the mountains.

Very new and clean hotel. Close to Tae-Jong-Dae. Near to Hari beach. Kind staffs with good neighborhood. I loved to stay here!

It was perfect. Amazing location close to the fish market, Biff square and the ferry terminal. Great facilities and a fab view of the boats. Beds are cosy. All good

my partner and I are very satisfied with staying in a premium room. having the bath with a bridge view is our favourite part. this place has a free wife, laundry, and a dryer which are good for travellers. Price is 100% worthy!

Everything was fresh and clean , and view from the room was so pretty! I’m definitely come back there if I go Busan again ♡

Always clean and so near in everything, BIFF can reach by foot

The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

Everything which I needed was there. Even a good washing machine + detergent in the room! Check-in without any problem, luggage storage available. It was no problem at all, that everything worked via mail, i.e. no personal contact. Metro and buses not far away. Great view (20th floor)
