The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is also comfortable. Sajid was available almost all times. Very kind of them to have accommodated our odd 3AM arrival to Colombo. The breakfast is amazing! They serve Sri Lankan breakfast with yoghurt bowls or fruits and that was a wonderful start to our holiday! They also helped us with a tuk tuk tour of Colombo which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The owner was so lovely and always there to help when needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything I needed! Bathroom was good and the shower was lovely with good pressure and temperature! Location was perfect and so close to many places included the Havelock city mall. There was also a kitchen to use which was great! Such a lovely place to stay for a good price would highly recommend!

I loved everything about the stay, the hotel management upgraded me and supported me with everything. this was my first visit to srilanka , outside hotel i found a great tuk tuk driver who helped me find the best shopping deals at fashion bug.. I loved the hotel staff and the pool with great view. the best thing about this hotel is it’s great location

The best place we have stayed yet. Everyone was so lovely and the place was consistently clean. Great location and felt a home comfort. All the little touches really added up and nothing was too much trouble. Great end to our Sri Lanka trip and just amazing show of how friendly people are. Gated privacy, lovely hot showers, fruit basket and treats. Even for my two year old! The guide book is also really well thought out and being able to do laundry was an absolute win!
