Special thanks for Farima Zahra Mansouri as guest relations manager who was extremely friendly to solve any needs we had. Also Fatima Ezzahra from reservations, was super friendly.
The rooms were very nice, we had the view over the Tennis courts, and the road itself is filled with very useful amenities such as a salon, laundry, money exchange and groceries. The staff were always extremely friendly (with the exception of 1 new cleaner). The breakfast buffet is great, and the Patron restaurant so cosy, trendy and very nice to hang out in. Even the night-shift security guard wearing the long black blazer was so remarkably friendly, I would happily come back again ..

Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakesh down town.

We had wonderful 6 days at the fashion boutique hotel in marrakech! The service was excellent. The rooms were always clean. The breakfast was also always very tasty! The staff were all very courteous and very friendly, especially Mrs. Manal was very nice to us from the beginning and always helped us very well!

We stayed 7 days. The apartment was very spacious, 3 bathrooms, beds are comfortable, good location - close to the medina. Staff is very friendly and fulfilled all our requests. I want to speacially thank to Mana who was very helpful and made our stay delightful!
Definitely recommend if you are seeking a good apartment with a friendly staff. 10/10

Fantastic location right in the centre the apartment was fabulous and I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff were fantastic and gave us a very late check out because of our late flight ✈️ cannot recommend this apartment enough .and there is a fantastic French restaurant underneath which is an added bonus
