I don’t know what to say except that this is the best hostel I stayed at!! I enjoyed the sun while tanning on the sunroof in February, stayed in the heart of Medina, had a lovely coffee downstairs every day before heading out, slept in a super comfortable bed and met people who are now my really dear friends :) I want to give a special shout out to the staff and amazing people at the reception who helped me organise to go to the airport when I messed up the taxi booking and called in my name to fix it

Lovely staff and great breakfast! Ayoub was very welcoming and patient and he waited for me to get to the riad safely as I landed pretty late. The rooms are clean and comfortable as is the riad.

The place is so clean and conveniently located. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to us even when we needed to leave super early for some of our activities. The food was great and the hammam and massage was an absolute 10/10. Highly recommend this place

This is a GORGEOUS riad ! Incredible decorations, colours and details both in Riad common areas as well as in the rooms themselves. Staff was very friendly, helpful and available. It's a little further from Medina center compared to other places but hands down the most beautiful Riad we've stayed at.

We loved our stay at Riad Naya!! It's a very beautiful and serene place, and even though it's ideally located in the buzzing Medina, where you have shops and restaurants right in front of your door, it's very calm when you are inside. Rooms are also beautifully decorated and breakfast is very nice. Also, Mustafa is amazing, he is very welcoming and he was also incredibly helpful when we had issues with a shop. This issue almost ruined our last day in Marrakech, but Mustafa saved everything, so we are very grateful for that 🤗 Thank you Mustafa for everything, we hope to come back soon!

The riad is extremely nice, very clean and confortable. Tha Arab style gives an authentic atmosphere but what most makes it unique is the staff. Everyone has been helpful, kind and always ready for any inconvenience.I had fever and they provided paracetamol for me, so that I didnt have to go out We came back from a tiring excursion and they provided water and tea for us, everything for free.
