The staff attitude, behaviour and responsiveness, the cleanliness, the calm and quiet. Everything was perfect! The best thing, it was in a 7-10mins walking distance from the bus station. The staff was kind enough to print us our bus tickets also.

Initially, we booked a room for two with private bathroom in a hostel, but on arrival the hotel staff offered us to stay in a much more upmarket apartment, the Pearl, as it was available for our dates. Thank you very much, it was a great experience. Instead of the small dark room with a view of the wall that we had originally booked, we got a whole luxury apartment in the center of the city. For anyone traveling to Kotor, I recommend not being greedy and booking Pearl right away if you want to stay in comfort and privacy. The only thing is, since the apartment is located right in the center of the old town with narrow streets, it is dark enough inside even during the day and cool enough (we stayed in October). This is not a flaw, just a detail.

Location is excellent, right next to the old town main gate. Two restaurants right in front of the accomodation door, and a bakery with affordable beverages and snacks. No noisy bars nearby. Fully equipped to suit various travellers. Owner was very helpful and maked sure your stay is perfect. If you’re heading to Kotor, this is your place!

This was my favouurite hotel of our six week trip. Our room was large with the only balcony in the whole property. We overlooked a square with musicians that played till midnight (this may bother some people but the music was amazing). The bathroom was big with stone walls making it really unique. The breakfast was great but not a buffet and therefore a little more limiting in choices. This hotel is in the old town, within the old town walls so you have to park your car about a 10 minute walk away.

the location ❤️❤️❤️ amazing!!! the views both from terrace and rooms are superb!. you can listen to the live music from the restaurants nearby in the evening,but when closing the window,it didnt bother us sleeping. owners were very friendly, and there are plenty of things you might need for couple of days in the apartment in bathroom and in the kitchen.

Perfect location! One steps outside (to the right to the city center , to the left to the supermarket and the beach) and finds oneself almost in the centre of old town. Yet, at night it is very quiet for that well deserved night rest. We had a lovely time at Nest Ozana, and we thank in particularly Bojana (the manager) who took very good care of everything. She gave good info and directions. The accommodation is brand new (renovated, at very high standards), very comfortable beds and pillows, an absolute flawless working airco (no noise!!!) and we would definitely recommend it to anyone, looking to spend some days in Kotor. Also, Kotor is a good basis for day excursions, so a longer stay at Nest Ozana is justified. We did not want to leave!!! You might think that I am easy to please. Well, just the opposite. Having owned a hotel myself, I know exactly what to look for and what to expect. Nest Ozana has/offers it all. If, or rather 'when' we get back, we will definitely stay again at this beautiful Nest Ozana.

We stayed here for two weeks and we simply loved it. The place is very comfortable, cozy, and extremely clean. It's located within the city walls, but away from the noise of the tourists. Our host Dragana went beyond the call of duty and assisted us with some minor issues, for which we were most grateful. Dragana, thank you so much. You are such a kind and welcoming host and I would not hesitate in staying with you again. Your property was spotless and felt very homely.
