I had an amazing stay at this hotel for three nights! The management is truly exceptional, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and valued. The manager was incredibly honest and kind—an absolute pleasure to interact with. I was lucky enough to receive a wonderful surprise when, despite booking a dormitory bed, I was given a whole room at no extra cost. It was such a generous gesture that made my stay even more special. The reception staff were equally fantastic, always respectful, welcoming, and extremely helpful. No matter the time, they were available 24/7 to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and fresh. The overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort!

Breakfast had good options. The location is in the absolute centre of the old town, which is absolutely perfect. The staff were all wonderful. It’s an older styled hotel which matches beautifully to its surroundings. We were there mid week. Occasionally we heard a little noise from the streets but not too much and we expect that staying in the middle of the old town, so it wasn’t a problem for us. Enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

I loved my stay at Apartment Pela! The location is just perfect. It's right inside the walls of the Old Town but the apartment itself is really quiet and peaceful. The space is well designed; with comfortable furniture, lots of natural light, great wifi, plenty of hot water, and a really well stocked kitchen. The weather was cool and rainy during my stay but the flat was cozy and warm. Dragana is a sweet, helpful, and responsive host. Her son Marko was also helpful and friendly. I loved the apartment so much that I extended my stay twice!

I closed the apartment two hours before the owner of the apartment did not know that I was supposed to arrive and when I arrived she arranged the room for me a really nice and kind woman. In an apartment in an excellent location, big, beautiful and very comfortable. I will probably go back there!

This was beautiful, safe apartment located in the heart of the old town. Great value for money, easy check in and will stay here again if we come back. Most comfortable bed on our entire trip through Croatia and Montenegro.

Even though we had some issues with our booking, our host, Florina, went out of her way to make sure we felt super welcome, which really made our stay amazing. The hotel is an old castle in a perfect spot within the citadel, offering an incredible view of the sea. Our room was really spacious and could easily fit a whole family. The beds were comfy too. One of the best parts was the private access to a secluded rock beach, where you can enjoy the Adriatic coastline without dealing with the crowds of Ulcinj. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby with awesome views, but I'd definitely recommend the hotel's restaurant. We had the most delicious breakfast there. Plus, our host speaks perfect French, which could be a big help for non-English speakers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we'll come back for sure !
