The host was very hospitable and accomodating. The place is so comfortable with stable Wifi and even free coffee. I am definitely going back here if I come back to Ulaanbaatar. The host even arranged for my transfer to the airport early in the morning and provided free breakfast before I left. You can also pay in dollars or VISA/mastercard if you have limited tughriks converted.

The free breakfast was a very nice bonus. Hot drink, eggs, veggies and bread. Free tea and coffee available all the time. Very clean room and facilities. Very good location just a hundred metres await from the Monastery. Will definitely reccomment it.

The hostel is very spacious, clean and quiet. Everything you need. Andy and his staff are so helpful and friendly, which make for a great atmosphere. The location is very central. The Gobi tour we booked with Zaya was also amazing! Everything was organised smoothly and our guide, driver and ger camps were just perfect.

Gobi-Girl offers accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Ulaanbaatar, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Gobi Girl is more like an AirBNB than a hotel. Breakfast is always freshly prepared and there is something different every day. It is an open kitchen with a dining area, so you can quickly get chatting to other guests. There is a small supermarket on the first floor, as well as 2 restaurants. We went to the Mexican twice. Very tasty. They even serve cocktails. There is a Pizza Hut if you need something quicker. Just around the corner, about 5 minutes on foot, there is a large mall with a large supermarket, cinema, and all kinds of shops. We also booked a small tour through the owner, which was very good. It is a 15-minute walk to the city center, so it is very close to the center. You can have your laundry done. Which was necessary, because the clothes were very dirty after 8 days in Gobi. All in all, I can only recommend Gobi Girl to everyone. Very quiet location, very nice hostess, very tasty food. What more could you want?

It was in a great location. Only 10 mins walk from the Square and 10 mins from the department store. The place was very clean. The showers were good. My bed was very comfy (I assume all my tripmates’ were too). The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Very happy.
