The host was very hospitable and accomodating. The place is so comfortable with stable Wifi and even free coffee. I am definitely going back here if I come back to Ulaanbaatar. The host even arranged for my transfer to the airport early in the morning and provided free breakfast before I left. You can also pay in dollars or VISA/mastercard if you have limited tughriks converted.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, especially the hotel customer service. We stayed in the King (Khuvsgul lake) room. The room definitely surpassed our expectation. The bath-tub worked finely and the cleanliness of the room was very well. We enjoyed our special night at their hotel. Would recommend people to stay at their hotel than other expensive mediocre hotels in UB.

Zaya is a fantastic hostel. It's in a great location. You can walk to museums, shopping centres, restaurants. Anand the owner is a really nice guy. The hostel is quiet and clean and really comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

I’ve been to 100+ plus hostels and this one is up there. Really cosy, clean, comfortable, and modern with both a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Good vibes, I met a lot of cool people here, and the owner is great. Excellent location too, very central.

Very nice place to stay, owner was carrying about my arriving to the place even in the middle of the night all the time was in contact with me ( my bus was late) also owner Speaking English well. The Lady who is working there don’t speak English, but she was very nice and smily, she preparing cute breakfast for us :) We’re communicated via Google translate😄 The place was clean, beds are new and clean. Location is very close to the main square and Museums, you can walk there 5-7min. It was safety and nice for a trip alone. :)

The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a tv, hot shower, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. The host is super kind and helpful. There is also a supermarket around the corner and the main area of the city is a 20 minute walk.
