Check-in was smooth, hotel has great decor and being connected to the other hotels, shops and casinos makes it very convenient. The room itself is standard, but the hotel staff are excellent, in my opinion better than what we saw at surrounding hotels. The staff seem genuinely happy working there which is always a huge plus for me. Excellent selection for breakfast and open till late. Room service is a plus.

We got warm greetings from the staffs before and after arriving. It was such a lovely surprise that we got a box of Macau Almond Cookie as a welcome gift. There's no barrier to communicate with the staffs since they can speak in both Chinese and English. Thanks to the houskeepers so much for they gave us many rapid and comfortable services. The free hotel shuttles were incredibly convenient: This is expected for the area, but still a big plus for getting around easily. We also booked a room with the Eiffel Tower view, and waking up to that sight was genuinely delightful. A few thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra special. The turndown service was an unexpected surprise, and we absolutely loved the signature Conrad teddy bears. The staff also paid attention to the tiniest details: they neatly tied up our messy charging cables and even noticed we were two women traveling together, and provided “Her” slippers instead of “His”. Small gestures, but they really made us feel cared for.
